The Data Arsenal is run by Zlatan Ivanov. This page covers the newsletter and this website. The free GA4 Auditor has its own terms.
The newsletter
When you sign up, your email address is stored with MailerLite, the service that sends the newsletter. It is used only to send you The Data Arsenal newsletter. It is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
MailerLite may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so the newsletter can get better. You can read how MailerLite handles data in its privacy policy.
This website
Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are read and which channels bring readers. They are on unless you say no: the cookie banner lets you decline, and "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page lets you change your mind at any time. Your choice is kept for a year in a cookie called klaro.
When you arrive, your browser remembers for that visit only where you came from (for example a LinkedIn post or a search engine) and the first page you saw. It is kept in your browser's session storage, not in a cookie, and disappears when you close the tab. If you sign up, it is stored with your email in MailerLite, so I know which channels bring readers.
The web server keeps standard access logs (address, time, page) for security, and deletes them on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You can ask what data is kept about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or unsubscribe at any time. Write to z@zlatanvano.com.
